Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations with clients to accurately identify their mental health needs, which may include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, family issues, and trauma-related conditions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the client’s goals, using evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, groups, and families, adapting styles and methodologies to effectively engage varying client demographics.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure clients receive holistic care tailored to their comprehensive needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, utilizing your expertise to de-escalate acute situations and maintain client safety.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
