School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands‑on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators. In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop. Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists. You’re a Perfect Fit If You: Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Have 1+ years of ABA experience (bonus points for school or home-based work!)
