Compensation That Respects Your Skill

• Guaranteed $40/hour base pay
• 33% commission on adjusted production
• Typical annual earnings: $83,200 – $156,000+
• Quarterly bonus opportunities
• $2,500 sign-on bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional hygiene care (prophys, SRPs, perio maintenance, adjunct services)
• Educate and motivate patients to improve their oral health
• Collaborate with dentists and assistants on comprehensive treatment plans
• Build long-term relationships—patients love coming back to you
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant clinical environment
