Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy. Develop personalized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions tailored to individual client needs. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care across services. Facilitate crisis interventions and risk assessments, ensuring patient safety and creating appropriate safety plans when necessary. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and securely managed. Lead psychoeducation classes and group therapy sessions to educate clients and their families about mental health issues, strengthening their coping skills. Regularly review and update treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and feedback from clients and family members. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inner Hope and Balance, you will work with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults dealing with a variety of mental health conditions. These may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and emotional challenges stemming from life transitions. Your expertise will help support clients in their healing journey, promoting resilience and overall well-being while adapting your approaches to meet their individual needs. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required. Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory. A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient clinical setting. Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment methodologies. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients. Preferred Experience Experience working in school-based settings or with children and adolescents is preferred but not required. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with potential bonuses.
