Cultivate and manage a diverse book of business by identifying unique coverage needs for your clients.

Conduct thorough insurance reviews to ensure our clients feel fully protected and well-informed about their policies.

Advise individuals and small business owners on the nuances of risk management.

Negotiate with underwriting partners to secure competitive rates and the best possible coverage options.

Participate in local Harrisburg community events to build visibility for The Atlantic District.

Continuously expand your industry knowledge to stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes.

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or client-facing advisory roles.

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite and common agency management software.

Demonstrated ability to explain complex policy details in plain, understandable language.

Strong organizational habits and comfort managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

Existing local network within the Harrisburg area is considered a distinct advantage.
