Invesco’s private markets platform spans private credit and real estate strategies that provide differentiated sources of income and growth for clients, supported by decades of experience and global scale. Within real estate, the firm delivers institutional investment capabilities and data-driven insights across diverse portfolios and asset types. The technology organization enables these investment strategies through modern platforms, cloud adoption, and data platforms such as Snowflake, ensuring transparency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.Your RoleAs Director, Private Markets Technology, you will lead the technology domain supporting Private Credit and Global Real Estate, owning delivery execution, architecture, and data strategy across these asset classes. You will lead through subordinate managers and senior engineers while partnering closely with investment, product, and operations leaders. This role requires deep expertise in private markets technology, including credit platforms such as Allvue Everest, real estate technology ecosystems, and modern cloud and data architectures. You will drive modernization through cloud, Snowflake-based data platforms, and AI-driven capabilities while ensuring strong operational performance and risk management across a complex, regulated environment.You Will Be Responsible For:Leading the end-to-end technology strategy and execution for Private Credit and Global Real Estate platformsManaging and developing subordinate leaders and teams delivering critical front-to-back investment technology solutionsOwning core private credit platforms, including Allvue Everest, supporting portfolio management, credit analysis, and trade workflows across the investment lifecycleDriving the architecture and integration of real estate technology platforms (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or equivalent systems) supporting complex real estate investment operations and reportingDefining and executing a modern data strategy leveraging Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms to unify investment, portfolio, and operational data across private marketsEnabling advanced analytics, reporting, and AI use cases by building scalable, governed data pipelines and architecturesTranslating business strategy into scalable technology and data roadmaps aligned to private markets growthDelivering complex initiatives across cloud, data, and AI-enabled solutions to improve investment insights and operational efficiencyEnsuring solutions meet regulatory, risk, and data governance requirements across private credit and real estate operationsLeading vendor strategy and optimization across third-party platforms, including credit and real estate systemsThe Experience You Bring:Extensive experience leading technology organizations in financial services, with strong exposure to private markets (private credit, real estate, or alternatives)Deep expertise with private credit platforms such as Allvue Everest or similar systems supporting front-to-back credit workflowsStrong knowledge of global real estate technology platforms (e.g., Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or equivalent PropTech ecosystems)Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake, for large-scale investment or financial data environmentsExperience building and governing enterprise data models, data pipelines, and analytics solutions supporting investment decision-makingProven ability to lead managers and senior engineers in a complex, global organizationStrong cloud engineering and architecture experience, including modernization of legacy platformsExperience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve investment processes and operational efficiencyStrong commercial acumen, including vendor management, budgeting, and operational performance accountabilityAbility to influence senior executives and operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization#LI-SD1The salary range for this position in New York City is $240,000 - $260,000 year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
