Client Services Associate

Position: Investor Services Associate Temp - NYCTemp-to-PermReturn to Office: 4days onsite, Monday-ThursdayWant to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the onboarding, opening, maintenance, and closing of investor accounts across multiple account types and investment strategies.Coordinate onboarding across various trading and investment platforms, ensuring accounts are established accurately and efficiently.Provide white-glove customer service to investors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.Support transfer agency and investor servicing operations across alternative investment funds and multiple investment strategies.Process and coordinate investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital commitments, capital allocations, distributions, and other liquidity events.Manage investor inquiries and escalations via phone and email, coordinating with fund administrators and internal teams to resolve issues related to capital activity, subscription documentation, reporting, and reconciliations.Coordinate investor switches and new fund series setups, including gathering required client information and documentation.Partner with Compliance to obtain approvals for fund and subscription documentation.Work closely with Operations, Back Office, Technology, and Fund Administration teams on account setup, system maintenance, and issue resolution.Facilitate capital call activity, including distributing investor notices, tracking funding deadlines, and resolving exceptions.Coordinate with fund administrators, Treasury, and internal stakeholders to ensure capital activity is completed accurately and within established deadlines.Maintain accurate investor records and ensure all account and transaction information is properly documented.Qualifications3+ years of professional experience within a sell-side bank, buy-side asset manager, hedge fund, private credit firm, or similar financial services environment.Experience in Investor Services, Transfer Agency, Account Management, Client Services, Fund Operations, or a related function.Bachelor's degree required.Experience with investor onboarding and account opening/closing processes.Knowledge of alternative investment products, including hedge funds, credit funds, or other private/alternative investment strategies.Understanding of investor capital activity, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls, and distributions.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide a high-touch, white-glove investor experience.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working cross-functionally with Compliance, Fund Administration, Treasury, Operations, Technology, and internal investment teams. xhyhwjd Strong Excel and systems skills with the ability to learn and navigate multiple platforms.
