Client Services Associate

Roundabout Theatre Company, the nation’s largest not-for-profit theatre, seeks a Client Services Associate. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Client Services, the Client Services Associate will facilitate and support event and database-related work within Roundabout's Criterion Ticketing team. This position splits time between administration of events for Criterion Rentals and Roundabout Productions in Tessitura, Roundabout's enterprise CRM. This is a full-time salaried position, with benefits. This is some of what theClient Services Associatewill do: Assessing, programming, and maintaining events and pricing structures in Tessitura with a sharp eye for granular detail. This includes but is not limited to: Creating and scheduling production events Auditing event builds Programming pricing, promotional offers, and scheduling dynamic pricing events Facilitating annual subscription rollovers Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and clients on administration of sales plans and projects for both Roundabout Theatre Company and Criterion Ticketing events. Serving as Criterion’s Client Representative for communications between rental production companies and our team. Communicating requirements for reporting and analysis of event sales Creating and maintaining best practices for processes, reports, and integrations Assisting with wider team projects, including routine data pulls and analysis, and other duties as assigned This is some of what theClient Services Associate should bring: 1-3 years’ experience in an arts organization, theatre company, or box office. An elevated level of computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook. CRM experience required. Familiarity with Tessitura software strongly preferred. A keen attention to detail. Readiness to collaborate and engage with others to problem-solve and manage competing project timelines. The schedule for this position is 10am-6pm, Tuesday and Wednesday, and 12:30pm-8:30pm, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. This is a fully remote department. People who live in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut can apply. The salary range is $55,000-60,000 annually plus any overtime for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
