HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO The essential duties and responsibilities of the Associate Project Director are the following: Research and Development Develop content‑specific training for B-5 programs based on the contract requirements. This includes background research of the content area, developing presentations and handouts, and creating manuals and supplemental materials. Develop developmentally appropriate hands‑on activities and resources for training. Conduct Training Travel and independently conduct training for B-5 Lead and Assistant teachers and administrators. Supervision Supervise all trainers in the field. Attend training, provide written feedback, keep trainers updated on policy changes and the implementation of the Pre‑K program. Provide feedback to all trainers on the development of presentations, handouts, and supplemental materials. Special Projects Supervise special projects, assign trainers, and coordinate with the Project Coordinator on deadlines. Collaborate Communicate with the team at DECAL about trainings and assist trainers with the training calendar. Other Duties Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience in related fields.
