Job Title: Tax Manager w/Partner Track
Salary: $175,000 to $200,000
Location: Burbank, California
Requirements: 10+ years accounting experience, CPA (or pursuing), Master's degree, California tax expertise

We are a boutique advisory firm based serving Burbank and the Greater Los Angeles Area for Over 26 Years. We are looking for somebody that wants to be Partner one day. You'll manage multiple client engagements while ensuring rock-solid compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Your tax planning and strategy work directly impacts client outcomes. This is your chance to lead, mentor our team, and shape our direction.

Job Duties

• Prepare and review complex federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
• Conduct tax research and provide tax planning recommendations
• Assist clients with tax compliance, audits, notices, and inquiries from taxing authorities
• Review financial statements and supporting documentation for tax reporting
• Prepare tax projections and estimates for client financial planning
• Monitor tax law changes and communicate impact to clients and management

What You Need

• 10+ years of public accounting or tax accounting experience
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA license (or actively pursuing certification)
• Strong knowledge of federal and California tax laws
