ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and inspire our sales force to reach their full potential through consistent feedback and support.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's long-term growth objectives.
Oversee daily sales operations while ensuring all regulatory standards and company policies are met.
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify new opportunities for expansion and success.
Cultivate a vibrant office culture that encourages collaboration, personal growth, and professional achievement.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and community members throughout the Gaithersburg area.
RequirementsCurrent State Life and Health Insurance License.
Five or more years of leadership experience within an insurance sales environment.
Deep understanding of insurance products and local market dynamics in Maryland.
Expertise in performance coaching and talent development.
Proven history of meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is helpful.
