COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER - Hybrid Mid-size regional independent agency looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage, grow, and service a generalist book of business, consisting of small to large accounts. Key Responsibilities Work with clients and prospects to design commercial insurance programs Manage and service client from start to finish, addressing concerns, service issues and providing appropriate solutions Qualifications Active P&C Insurance License Comfortable with and willing to learn new technology such as CRM systems and AII Experience with AMS360 is desired Experience in managing commercial lines accounts within an independent agency setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with various insurance products Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Pay range and compensation package Hybrid work model containing a mix of remote and in-office days Company sponsored health benefits Employee costs of CE and designations are company paid #J-18808-Ljbffr JL Connects
