A motivating attitude: Inspire and lead your team with a positive and proactive approach. Top-notch technical skills: Exceptional hairstyling abilities and product knowledge. Flexible and organized: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a flexible schedule. Driven to achieve goals: Self-motivated and goal-oriented to drive salon success. Licensed to cut hair: Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province). Strong customer service skills: Poised, tactful, and always service with a smile. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills: Able to work both independently and as a team player. Ability to educate and sell services and retail products to clients.
