Position Overview: We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team. You will focus on developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the office.

You'll receive continuous training in air freight, ocean freight, project logistics, ground transport, warehousing, and customs brokerage, giving you the foundation to expand your skills, take on greater responsibilities, and advance within a global organization.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement sales strategies while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Manage the day-to-day needs of assigned clients and identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate agreements, and close deals.
- Partner with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and uncover new opportunities.
- Research the market, identify prospective clients, and pursue new business while growing existing accounts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, import/export, supply chain, or related services
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
- Tech savvy, comfortable learning new systems, and proficient with CRM and sales tools
