Full Strength is a Northeast Florida exterior contractor serving homeowners with roofing, siding, windows, and stucco. We are hiring an experienced exterior-remodeling sales professional who can lead a strong homeowner consultation, build the right scope, close the project, and create a clean handoff to production.

This is not an entry-level or script-reading sales role. It is a 100% commission opportunity for someone who already understands exterior home improvement and wants to build a substantial book of business with company-provided opportunities, a disciplined CRM process, and a production team behind the sale.

Compensation and opportunity

100% commission with uncapped earning potential.

Top performers earn $150,000–$250,000 in year one.*

Full commission structure and payout terms are explained during the interview.

Company-provided leads from marketing, referrals, and other channels; this is not a cold-door-knocking-only position.

Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel.

Flexible, performance-based schedule with regular field appointments across Northeast Florida.

What you will own

Conduct in-home consultations and exterior inspections for roofing, siding, and window projects.

Diagnose the homeowner’s needs, explain appropriate options clearly, and develop a customized proposal.

Follow a consistent sales process from first appointment through signed agreement and project handoff.

Maintain an accurate pipeline in ServiceTitan, including notes, next steps, follow-ups, and forecasts.

Coordinate with estimating and production so the sold scope, customer expectations, and handoff are complete.

Track and improve your close rate, average contract value, pipeline health, and follow-up performance.

Build long-term customer trust that produces referrals, reviews, and repeat opportunities.

Required qualifications

Professional sales experience in roofing, siding, windows, exterior remodeling, restoration, or a closely related home-improvement category.

Demonstrated ability to run a consultative in-home appointment and close high-value projects.

Working knowledge of at least one exterior product category, including the ability to discuss scope, options, and common homeowner concerns.

Consistent CRM and follow-up habits; you document activity without being chased.

Clear, professional communication and the ability to earn homeowner trust.

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.

Comfort working in a commission-only, results-driven role.

Preferred experience

Experience selling asphalt or metal roofing, James Hardie or vinyl siding, and/or replacement windows.

Experience with ServiceTitan or another home-services CRM.

A track record you can quantify through annual sales, close rate, average contract value, or another relevant metric.

Experience coordinating sold projects with estimating, permitting, or production teams.
