Job Description Job Title: Marketing Assistant Department: Marketing Location: Las Vegas, NV Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $47800- $53500 per year Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing content, and maintaining brand consistency. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual eager to grow their career in marketing while contributing to the success of the organization. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities. Create and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to customer inquiries or comments. Support the design, proofreading, and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters. Maintain and update the company’s website content and ensure SEO best practices are followed. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, preparing detailed reports on results and insights. Coordinate and communicate with external vendors, such as printers or ad agencies, when needed. Organize and assist in promotional events, trade shows, or other marketing initiatives. Handle administrative tasks, including managing marketing calendars, budgets, and inventory of promotional materials. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including social media platforms, email marketing, and SEO.
