Front of House Staff

Schlok’s is looking to bring on team members who are dependable, hard-working, and professional.

We are hiring for FOH (cashier/expo/drink prep) for part-time and full-time positions at both our NoPa (Fell Street) and FiDi (California St) locations. 

What we’re offering :

• $20/hr base hourly, plus an additional $2-4+/hr in tips (tips are pooled equally amongst hourly staff). This is primarily a customer-focused position which will include various responsibilities, such as interacting with customers, working the cash register, expediting and bagging orders, pouring coffee, helping with prep, and keeping the space clean and organized. Everybody on our team does it all. 
• One day of paid vacation per year employed with the company (starting accruing after one year of employment).
• Employee benefits plan (health, vision, dental) for full-timers.
• 401k plan with company match after one year of employment.
• Lots of free bagels and coffee.

- Can lift 30-50 pounds

- Speak fluent English (required) and Spanish is a plus
