Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (Property & Casualty)
Location: Forest Lake, MN (Hybrid)
About The Opportunity:
We're partnering with a well-established and growing insurance agency in the Forest Lake area seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a hybrid role offering a great balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. If you enjoy building relationships, problem-solving, and being a trusted resource for clients, this could be a strong fit.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, delivering exceptional customer service
- Handle policy servicing including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and billing inquiries
- Review coverage with clients and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Process policy changes accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance standards
- Partner with carriers to market and remarket accounts when needed
- Support producers by maintaining and strengthening client relationships
- Ensure all client interactions and documentation are properly recorded in the agency management system
What We're Looking For:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (MN preferred)
- 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience
- Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with agency management systems (Applied Epic or similar is a plus)
