Job Description

We are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our amazing Leasing team at a large Multi Family Property!

OFFERING GREAT COMPENSATION AND A GREAT COMMISSION

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective tenants in touring the property and viewing available units and lease apartments.
LEASE!LEASE!LEASE!LEASE!LEASE!
Provide information about rental rates, lease terms, and move-in specials.
Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and verify income.
Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are signed and completed.
Collect security deposits and rental payments from tenants.
Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and rent payments.
Assist with property administrative tasks as needed.
Interact with residents and prospect with customer service and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in data entry and using computer software programs.
Knowledge of office administrative procedures and customer relationship.
Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants.
Familiarity with facilities management practices is a plus.
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
5 Years leasing experience.
