We are currently searching for an experienced Leasing Consultant for a brand new luxury apartment community in Hillsborough, NJ. Our client is offering up to $28 per hour along with $150 per lease comission! If you are looking to take the next step in your property management career with a top-notch organization, Essential Job Functions: Leads community tours with the goal of signing a new lease Acts as first point of contact for all sales and leasing leads at the communities Coordinates all move in and move outs with site team Provides excellent customer service to residents and assists resolving issues Maintains knowledge and awareness of property competition, and other market conditions affecting leasing and operations Assists with the marketing of community Knowledge Skills and Abilities: 1-3 years of experience as a Leasing Consultant preferred Exceptional customer service skills Knowledge of Yardi preferred Excellent follow up and follow through skills Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Driver's license and ability to work between different nearby properties Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required We believe in delivering the highest level of service to our clients and associates every day. #J-18808-Ljbffr
