Premier Development is a well-established real estate development and property management company specializing in the construction and management of luxury apartment communities, new homes, and active adult neighborhoods throughout Central New Jersey. Our reputation is built on quality, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to creating outstanding places to live.We are currently seeking an energetic, customer-focused Residential Leasing and Sales Consultant to join our team at one of our luxury apartment communities. This is a full-time, on-site position (39 hours per week.)Position ResponsibilitiesWelcome prospective residents and conduct personalized community and apartment tours.Present the features, amenities, and benefits of the community while matching residents with the home that best fits their needs.Prepare and process lease agreements and related documentation in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.Provide exceptional customer service to current residents by responding to inquiries and assisting with service requests.Maintain accurate prospect and resident records using property management software.Stay informed about local market conditions and competitive communities.Handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.Assist with resident retention initiatives and community events as needed.QualificationsPrevious experience in sales and/or customer service is required.Residential leasing or property management experience is preferred.Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.Strong organizational and time management skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.ScheduleThis is a full-time, on-site position working five days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday.Hours - 39 hours/weekSaturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PMThree weekdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 PMBenefitsPremier Development offers a competitive benefits package, including:Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceCompany-sponsored eventsA supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growthLearn more about Premier Development by visiting Development is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
