JOB DESCRIPTIONComplete assembly of automotive foam seating while maintaining good housekeeping, safety, quality and efficiency standards.Performs line and/or support operations to mass produce automotive foam seating units in accordance with specifications.Builds parts in a specified manner according to the Operator Description SheetsDevelop proficiency in all production related jobsControl processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been correctedRestock work areas as needed to ensure proper work flowMonitor production material quantities and report shortagesAbility to lift and/or carry seating components, foam seats, products, etcComplete, assembly of quality seating unitsWalk, stand, reach, lift, bend, pull, push to move product through build processUse of hand-held pneumatic tools and other equipment to perform operations on the assembly lineProblem solving of workplace issuesQuality inspections of work in progressWork as part of a team to ensure on-time quality product to our customers (internal and external)Incorporate safe working procedures into all daily activities in and around facilityUnderstand and follow written and verbal instructionsComply with company rules, policies, and practicesAttends and participates in regular plant and group meetings and activities, to include regular exercise/stretchingAny and all other tasks as assigned by any member of managementPRIMARY LOCATIONPulaski FacilitySummaryLocation: Pulaski, TNType: Full time
