Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical and Other Health Disabilities (P/HD) licensure
• Experience working with students in special education settings preferred

• Commitment to maintaining a positive, professional, and compassionate classroom environment

What You’ll Do:

• Provide substitute teaching coverage as a P/HI teacher across schools in the district
• Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction to students with physical and health disabilities in alignment with their IEPs
• Use various strategies and accommodations to foster student engagement and academic growth
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and incidents as required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including other teachers, therapists, and administration
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom climate that values equity and diversity
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers to support student success
