We're seeking an experienced Technology Business Analyst to support business-critical technology initiatives, system enhancements, and project implementations. What You'll Do:

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and project teams.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with technical teams to support project planning and solution delivery.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and track issues through resolution.
• Support communication, training, and user adoption efforts for new system implementations.
• Assist with troubleshooting application issues and documenting enhancements.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting software implementations, technology projects, or application enhancements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
