Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to join our team as a Business Operations Coordinator. This role will provide day-to-day operational support and serve as a backfill resource for a business function supporting customer account management, EDI transactions, and sales operations processes. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and an interest in business operations, customer support, and enterprise systems. Relevant support activities include EDI account registration, monitoring operational dashboards, supporting customer invoice processes, and assisting with account setup activities within SAP and Salesforce. Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with team members to support routine business operations and daily activities.

Register and maintain customer accounts within the EDI Transaction Center.

Monitor and troubleshoot basic transaction and processing failures, escalating issues as needed.

Support customer account creation and maintenance activities, including onboarding newly acquired surgical centers and hospital accounts.

Assist with Salesforce and reporting dashboard monitoring to ensure accurate processing and visibility into operational activities.

Support customer invoice-related processes and inquiries.

Perform basic SAP transactions related to customer account setup and maintenance.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the commercial operations team.

Learn internal business processes and contribute to process continuity and team effectiveness.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; exposure to SAP, Salesforce, or other business systems is a plus but not required.
