Role Summary
Pharma/Healthcare - Business Analysis & Regulatory Compliance
Experience Required
10+ Years
- Provide business analysis and compliance support for pharma/healthcare applications by gathering business requirements, supporting testing activities, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for key applications
- Work with testing teams to develop and execute test plans
- Identify, track, and report defects and issues during testing cycles
- Support operations, application releases, and project activities using JIRA, ALM, SharePoint, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including GxP, FDA regulations, GDPR, and related standards
- Develop and implement compliance programs to support regulatory adherence
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and process improvements.
