Gersi Brooklyn is looking for experienced, talented, and passionate hospitality professionals to join our team.

We are a busy neighborhood Italian restaurant looking for team members who take total ownership of their work, have a strong work ethic, and genuinely enjoy hospitality. We value people who work well as part of a team, stay positive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to providing consistently excellent service.

Requirements

3+ years of restaurant experience in a busy, high-volume environment
Well mannered and dressed individual
Strong customer service and hospitality skills
Basic food safety and food allergy knowledge
NYC Food Protection Certificate/Food Handler certification is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety
Reliable, professional, and able to work efficiently during busy service
MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY
Weekend availability is required

Scheduling

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available based on experience and availability.

Shifts may include:

Day shifts Saturday and Sunday
Night shifts 7 days a week
Weekends
4-8 hour shifts
