We are a Registered Investment Advisory firm interviewing to fill the position of a Financial Advisor Assistant at our Lafayette, LA location in River Ranch. This is a high-impact support role in the areas of Investment Advisor Representative assistance, Client Service, Administrative Operations, and Advisor Compliance Support. The candidates applying for this position should be highly organized, focused, and personable in Client Communication, including High Net Worth Clients. The applicant must be trustworthy, punctual, and reliable in the handling of sensitive personal information with executive-level discretion and consistency.
Also required are the following:
- Office administrative experience of 3-5 years in the Financial Services industry
- Efficiency in basic Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Adobe)
- Exceptional Customer Relations and phone skills
- Understanding of Custodial Platforms – navigation or Schwab Advisor Center or any other platform
- Familiarity of Industry specific CRMs and databases (Redtail, Orion, or similar).
- Series 65, Series 66, or the willingness to test within 6 months is advantageous.
- Must provide a resume and agree to a background check
