Overview$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS!Brookhaven Hospice is seeking a self-motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse – Admissions (Full-Time 30 hours/week) to join our growing team. If you're a skilled bedside nurse with strong communication skills who is ready to guide patients and their loved ones through the hospice journey, we'd love to meet you.As our Admissions Nurse, you'll be the face of our organization in hospitals and inpatient facilities, educating, assessing, and supporting patients and caregivers while collaborating with hospital teams to provide timely and appropriate hospice services.Location: Daily Rounding in Southern NH Acute Care HospitalsSchedule: Day shift, some late afternoons possible as ER/ICU rounding is part of this role. 5 6-hour shifts (1 must be Saturday). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
