Collections Specialist

Please note that this job is 100% onsite in Aurora, CO. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Collections Specialist job in Aurora, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar B2B Collections role. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $26.00 and $30.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package (details below). Responsibilities Monitoring a portfolio of customer accounts and following up on past due payments Researching and resolving payment discrepancies Providing excellent internal and external customer service Running aging reports Negotiating payment plans and settlements Documenting all collection activities in the database Maintaining compliance with all company collections policies and procedures All other related tasks as required Qualifications At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Previous experience with Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software required Compensation Hourly rate between $26.00 and $30.00 Medical, dental, and vision insurance If you think your skillset makes you the best candidate for this Collections Specialist job in Aurora, CO, then apply NOW!
