I opened my agency in 1979 and began my career as a State Farm agent straight out of college. I attended USC, and over the years Ive built a small, close-knit team of three centered around strong relationships, reliability, and excellent customer service. Our agency has always been family-oriented, and that mindset carries into how we treat both our team and our customers. For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Team members receive two weeks of paid vacation along with paid holidays, allowing time to recharge while maintaining consistency and stability at work. Our office culture is positive, energetic, and supportive. We believe in doing the job well while also enjoying the process along the way. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Whitbord - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
