License: Iowa and Illinois licenses (or willingness to obtain)

Certifications:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Controlled Substance Registration/Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- DEA (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Must-Have:
- Willingness to provide coverage in multiple clinic locations
- Clean malpractice record preferred
- Not accepting locums candidates or new graduates
