Staff Business Systems Analyst, responsible for leading the evolution of HR technology systems in a full-time remote role, focusing on improving HR operations and employee experiences through system management and project execution. Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical lead and administrator for core People Systems, managing system changes for a global workforce Analyze and recommend improvements to HR processes to streamline operations and reduce manual work Lead complex HR Systems projects from problem framing to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives Required Qualifications 9+ years of experience in IT Business Systems or HR Technology roles with hands-on stakeholder management Deep experience configuring modern HRIS and ATS platforms across core HR functions Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruiting and performance management Proven track record of managing end-to-end system projects from design to post-launch support Experience supporting HR systems in multi-country environments with knowledge of data privacy requirements
