Client: Medical Device Company Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only) Job Title: Senior Market Manager Location: San Diego, CA Duration: 3+ Months Work hours: 8am-5pm, 40 hours/week Description: The Senior Market Manager is responsible for developing, managing and delivering the go-to-market programs to enable the commercial success of migrating customers from legacy Operating Systems for the MMS US Region. The Senior Market Manager will lead the efforts in support of the products, organizational objectives and value offers to drive committed contracts, conversions/upgrades, sales revenue and profitability. Responsibilities Work closely with the Platform Marketing and Sales Management to understand the customer program needs to support product revenue objectives and lead the development and execution of those programs. Lead the strategy and development of the promotional programs (for assigned categories), working closely with US Marketing and Sales stakeholders. Coordinate with all stakeholders on status of programs and deliver post-mortem to Senior Management. Support the Sales Organization in the preparation of Program and Promotional training materials. Market promotions to targeted customer segments, utilizing appropriate online and offline vehicles. Work with the Platform, Downstream and other functional groups to create and manage programs that support MMS objectives in migrating customers from legacy OS/Server versions across the Pyxis portfolio of products. Study the product and market to develop the rollout and mix strategies that maximize sales. Review the status of programs with BD sales leadership regularly. Use MS Excel, Salesforce.com, MS Power BI or other tools to provide analytics on program progress.
