Med-Surg RN (Oncology) in Olympia, Washington. Start date 07/14/2026 for a travel - temporary assignment of several weeks on a Medical Oncology/Medical-Telemetry unit. Schedule: 3x12 nights. Weekly pay range: $1,656–$1,779 per week. Unit is a 26-bed Medical Oncology/Medical-Telemetry floor within a short-term acute care setting, staffed with on-site CMU telemetry monitoring and an interdisciplinary team. EPIC charting is used for documentation. First-time travel nurses accepted. Orientation is required prior to start.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult oncology and medical-telemetry patients on a 26-bed unit
- Monitor telemetry, perform frequent assessments, administer medications (including oncology agents), manage IV lines, oxygen therapy, and isolation precautions
- Collaborate with IV team, PT, RT, pharmacy, social work, and other disciplines; participate in rounds and discharge planning
- Document accurately in EPIC; report changes promptly; respond to rapid responses and code events as part of the unit team
- Ensure patient safety and comfort, provide patient/family education on treatment plans, and coordinate transitions of care

Requirements
- Current registered nurse license in Washington state
- Oncology nursing experience required; minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Oncology certification (OCN) preferred, not required
- BLS certification required
- EPIC charting experience required
- First-time travel nurses accepted
- Ability to work a 3x12 night schedule and care for patients in a Med-Surg Oncology/Telemetry setting
- Local travel restriction: candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for travel contracts
