Position title: Clerk

Duration: 2 Months

Location: Kailua Kona, HI, US, 96740

Pay range: $20 to $25 Per hour

This is 100% onsite role

Job Description:

Seeking someone with detailed database management skills and polite phone etiquette to handle sensitive correspondence and confidential records.

Role Responsibilities:

• Enter data from source documents into spreadsheets, verify accuracy, and correct errors or inconsistencies
• Make and answer phone calls calmly and politely while handling confidential information with discretion
• Maintain a call-list and update database with communication attempts and outcome

Requirements:

• Individual should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel database systems to organize, enter, verify, and update spreadsheet records. 
• Strong communication skills to make phone calls and update records of phone calls/conversations.  
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook required.

Education:

• High School Diploma
