Master the Leasing Process: Conduct property tours, assist with applications, prepare lease paperwork, and ensure a smooth leasing experience. Utilize Technology: Effectively use property management software (Entrata preferred) to manage leads, track data, and streamline processes. Contribute to Marketing and Events: Assist with marketing surveys, social media, and resident events to enhance community engagement.
