Sr. Aesthetic Experience Manager - Austin

Responsibilities Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics. Drive direct sales of aesthetic products in an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events. Represent the brand professionally and understand the value proposition. Complete required administrative tasks (e.g., expense reports, sales tracking, documentation). Maintain consistent customer follow-up throughout the sales cycle. Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines. Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends. Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities. Ensure personal and company compliance with federal/state/local and company policies. Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Valid driver's license. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills. Effective verbal and written communication. Technically savvy; ability to embrace new applications. Ability/willingness to travel 50-75%. Field-based role in Austin area; must live in territory; no relocation assistance. Preferred 5+ years successful injectable aesthetics sales experience (or comparable cash-pay healthcare vertical experience). Track record in consultative/relationship-based sales. Territory building and long-term relationship management. Comfort with clinical education and engaging multiple stakeholder types. Senior AEM (external) 3+ years field experience selling injectables in aesthetics. Demonstrated sales growth and key account relationship success. Deep facial aesthetics/injectables/competitive knowledge. Strong strategic/negotiation skills to influence decision-makers. Ability to lead/mentor peers.
