Lead Cnc Machinist
We’re seeking a skilled Lead CNC Machinist with 5-axis milling experience who takes pride in producing quality parts, maintaining tight tolerances, and continuously improving processes.
Job Requirements:
- CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience setting up and operating 5-axis vertical milling centers.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and dimensional inspection requirements.
- Proficiency using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, comparators, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Experience making machine offsets, adjusting feeds and speeds, troubleshooting machining issues, and maintaining tight tolerances.
