Commercial Tenant Improvements | East Bay
A highly regarded East Bay General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to estimate and manage commercial tenant-improvement projects from preconstruction through completion.
There is a very attractive profit sharing program being offered.
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates, budgets, proposals, and scopes
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
- Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors and field teams
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure projects meet quality, schedule and profitability goals
Project Manager Qualifications
- 7+ years of construction estimating or project-management experience
- Commercial tenant-improvement experience
- Strong knowledge of construction plans, costs, and methods
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with construction estimating and project-management software
- Bay Area subcontractor and vendor relationships are a plus
