Project ManagerA well-established mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial mechanical projects focused on HVAC and/or plumbing systems. This role is responsible for running projects from preconstruction through closeout and working closely with field teams, engineers, and ownership to keep work on schedule and on budget.This is a strong opportunity for a PM coming from a mechanical contractor, HVAC company, plumbing contractor, or design-build environment.ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical construction projects from start to finishOversee schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost controlCoordinate field labor, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveriesHandle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationReview scopes, drawings, and contract requirementsLead coordination meetings with internal teams and trade partnersSupport jobsite safety, quality control, and project closeoutRequirements5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical constructionBackground in HVAC systems, plumbing systems, or bothExperience managing multiple commercial projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of change management, billing, and forecastingAbility to read mechanical and MEP drawingsComfortable working with field teams and ownershipExperience with construction management platforms preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary with bonus potentialMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchLong-term growth and leadership opportunityStable workload with consistent commercial projects
