This role supports the Project Management team with construction-phase coordination, documentation, scheduling, cost tracking, billing support, and closeout. The is role involves handling smaller projects in the $100K-$500K range and assisting senior project management on larger multi-trade projects.


This is an on-site, full-time, direct-hire , salaried position for their San Leandro office . Candidates should generally expect to be in the office about 4 days per weekand travel to job sites as needed. A company vehicle is provided for job site travel.



Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000



Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, B.S. in Engineering preferred
• 1+ years of project management, construction management, field foreman, or field engineering experience
  • Beneficial to have experience planning, budgeting, and/or assisting with large projects involving multiple trades and complex construction coordination
  • Ability to coordinate with sales, estimating, detailing, accounting, purchasing, shop fabrication, field installation, and senior management
• Computer literate with Word, Excel, presentations, charts/graphs, and project documentation

• Sage
• Procore
• Bluebeam

Preferred:

• Steel industry experience
