Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with banking inquiries and financial needs.
Build and strengthen client relationships through personalized financial solutions.
Recommend and fulfill banking products, including:
- Checking & Savings Accounts
- Credit Cards
- Certificates of Deposit (CDs)
- Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)
- Consumer Loans
Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized banking partners.
Quote rates, terms, and available banking programs.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and manage risk in every customer interaction.
Meet customer service and sales performance goals.
