Talent Acquisition Specialist Join the Lifelong Access Team! Lifelong Access is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us recruit exceptional employees who are passionate about making a difference. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while helping create an outstanding candidate experience and supporting the continued growth of our organization. What You'll Do Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and community outreach. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process. Prepare employment offers and coordinate pre-employment background checks. Maintain candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes. Represent Lifelong Access at job fairs, career events, and community recruiting activities. Build and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future employment opportunities. Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies throughout the hiring process. What We're Looking For Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Experience Two to five years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred. Experience recruiting in healthcare, human services, nonprofit organizations, or high-volume environments is a plus. Skills Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Additional Requirements Valid Illinois driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Current proof of automobile insurance. Ability to travel locally to recruiting events and Lifelong Access locations as needed. Why Lifelong Access?
