Start Date: September 14, 2026
Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Evening/Night shifts, 8/10/12 hour shifts between 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM with flexibility. Monday through Friday OR Sunday through Thursday with no on-call required.

Highlights:

• Provide peri-anesthetic care for complex pediatric surgical and procedural patients in a Magnet-designated children's hospital
• Work with a comprehensive pediatric medical and surgical center featuring nationally recognized specialists across multiple specialties
• Support a Level One Pediatric Trauma Center and Level IV NICU serving patients throughout the region
• Epic EMR system utilized for all charting and documentation
• Patient population includes neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults requiring specialized care
• 24-hour orientation with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of pediatric PACU experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Wisconsin RN license or compact state RN license required
• BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association only)
• Previous travel experience required
• Must successfully pass telemetry exam prior to start (strict passing criteria applies)
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
