Key Qualifications:

• Current Arizona Special Education Teacher Certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Strong communication and case management skills
• Experience delivering direct instruction and developing IEPs for diverse learners

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage IEP case files and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
• Provide resource support and direct instruction based on individualized education plans
• Develop and implement a full continuum of special education services
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of student progress and interventions
• Consult and participate in the RtI (Response to Intervention) process
• Engage in consistent, proactive communication with parents and guardians
• Support positive behavior through management strategies and implement Behavior Intervention Plans
• Collaborate with school staff to facilitate accommodations and modifications in the classroom
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Take on additional duties as needed to support student success
