Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in facility management services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities across the Frederick, MD area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician Location: Frederick, MD area - 25 locations Pay Range: $33-34 per hour What's the Job? Perform maintenance, monitoring repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for various facilities. Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper functioning of all systems. Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and contracted maintenance. Inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to optimize HVAC system performance. Record readings, make adjustments, and ensure all equipment operates within standards. What's Needed? High School Diploma or Equivalent. At least 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. HVAC troubleshooting skills, basic electrical and plumbing knowledge. EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred. Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel. What's in it for me?
