Senior GTM Change Activation Manager

The Go To Market (GTM) Planning and Activation Team is looking for a Senior Manager of GTM Change Activation. This is not a standard change management role; it is a highly specialized strategy and delivery position focused on driving massive behavioral, policy, and process transformations across the enterprise We need a visionary problem-solver and strategic operator who understands how to navigate complex organizational dynamics. This role will architect and execute strategic plans that ensure our GTM teams are fully prepared, aligned, and activated at the moment of launch. Sitting at the intersection of sales strategy, program delivery, and enterprise transformation, you will act as a primary driver for how we execute high-stakes shifts in our GTM motions Lead Strategic GTM Activation: Design and own the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility GTM transformations. Translate ambiguous business objectives into clear, actionable activation strategies that drive immediate impact Drive Behavioral & Policy Transformation: Move beyond standard IT or system changes to lead large scale shifts in organizational behavior, sales processes, and policy execution. Ensure teams are culturally and operationally ready for strategic pivots Problem Solve with Agility: Act as an internal strategy consultant. Identify core business challenges, formulate a strong point of view, and creatively design holistic solutions that challenge the status quo Architect Change & Delivery Playbooks: Build comprehensive strategic plans that merge program management rigor with advanced change management methodologies. Ensure stakeholders are not just informed, but fully equipped and activated at launch Influence & Partner Cross-Functionally: Build deep relationships with sales leaders, GTM strategy teams, and enablement partners.
