Reporting directly to the Corporate Recruiting Leader, you will take the lead on identifying, mapping, and engaging premium passive talent across multiple corporate verticals—including Technology, AI, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy, to name a few.This is a hybrid position based out of our New York City office.Key Responsibilities:As our Corporate Sourcer, you will be the driving force behind our talent pipelines, ensuring we stay ahead of aggressive business growth:Multi-Vertical Sourcing: Build robust pipelines for diverse corporate tracks, with an emphasis on high-demand technical pipelines (AI, software engineering) alongside finance, marketing, and operations.Creative Outreach: Develop and pilot experimental, highly personalized outreach methods to capture elite, passive candidate pools.Platform Mastery: Maximize platforms like Gem CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean logic, and GitHub/Portfolio sites to unearth hidden talent.Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with corporate recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand specialized role requirements.Initial Screening: Conduct introductory screens to assess candidate alignment, technical/professional viability, and core cultural fit.Metrics Tracking: Actively track funnel metrics to evaluate channel efficacy, monitor conversion rates, and deliver regular pipeline reports to TA leadership.What We’re Looking For:We are looking for a talent-mapping expert who is genuinely motivated by data, has strong emotional intelligence, and knows how to structure a compelling pitch to passive-market talent.Required QualificationsExperience: 3–5 years of talent sourcing experience within a corporate infrastructure, agency, or high-growth tech environment.Domain Knowledge: A proven track record of successfully sourcing corporate talent at all levels.Tech Stack: Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem (or similar CRM tools), and Greenhouse ATS (or similar).Data Fluency: Accustomed to working in a metrics-driven environment with daily/weekly pipeline milestones.Education: Bachelor’s degree.Core TraitsAgility & Pace: Excels in a high-volume, highly active recruiting engine where strategies must pivot fast.Innovative Mindset: Passionate about researching new tools, AI sourcing hacks, and community channels to uncover top-tier prospects.Celebratory spirit: Someone who works hard but matches the high energy of a team that loves to stop and celebrate individual and group success.Please note that this role is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule, requiring you to be in office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
