Direct Reports N/A Key Responsibilities & Duties Talent Acquisition Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake to candidate placement. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews. Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview processes. Conduct reference checks and facilitate offer negotiations. Candidate Management Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates. Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates. Maintain candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Develop and post job descriptions and advertisements. Provide market insights regarding talent availability, salary trends, and hiring strategies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
